Looking to learn more about Blackboard? We encourage instructors to learn the basics with our self-paced module. Then, attend a pop-in session if you need additional support, whether you have questions or would like personalized step-by-step assistance in adjusting your course.

  • Training: Sign up for our self-paced training module hosted through Blackboard or attend one of our "Level Up" Blackboard Instructor Trainings.
  • Pop-In Session: Choose a date to attend virtually. Delphi's Blackboard and Instructional Design teams are able to assist.

We also have helpful guides and videos below, as well as commonly asked questions, such as adding a syllabus and reducing your file size on Blackboard.

Have an Idea to Improve Blackboard?

If you have an idea for Blackboard to share, consider submitting it to Blackboard's Idea Exchange. This site allows you to share, like, vote, and comment on your favorite ideas that have been submitted by Blackboard clients. All Blackboard clients are welcome to participate.
