The Delphi Center is responsible for the administration of, maintenance of, and technical support for Blackboard, the university's learning management system. This includes technical and functional support for faculty and staff using Blackboard and associated applications including Panopto and Class Collaborate.

With more than 17,000 sq. feet and 14 rooms of modern, renovated space, UofL's Event & Conference Service Center at Shelby Campus can host groups of up to 500 people for single or multi-day meetings or conferences.

The Instructional Design and Technology (IDT) team offers instructional design services and consultation services to help educators design and create effective learning environments. Through partnership with Teaching Programs and the Blackboard teams, the IDT team also provides training for a variety of technical tools to support student engagement in the classroom.

The Online Learning team supports departments with online program strategic planning and development, marketing and recruiting, nurturing prospective student inquiries and more for over 60 fully online programs. Online programs include bachelor's, master's, doctorate, certificate and alternative credential programs from across the university. The team assists with various administrative aspects of online learning, such as how to put a program online and compliance with state and federal online regulatory requirements.
