The Delphi Center is responsible for the administration of, maintenance of, and technical support for Blackboard, the university's learning management system. This includes technical and functional support for faculty and staff using Blackboard and associated applications such as Panopto.

With more than 17,000 sq. feet and 14 rooms of modern, renovated space, UofL's Event & Conference Service Center at Shelby Campus can host groups of up to 500 people for single or multi-day meetings or conferences.

Evidence-driven Inquiry & Impact (EdII)

The EdII team is available to consult and collaborate with educators and academic programs working to create an evidence-based culture of teaching and learning through scholarly inquiry, research and assessment. The EdII team provides support for the development, evaluation and improvement of teaching and learning initiatives designed to promote student success.

The Instructional Design and Technology (IDT) team offers instructional design services and consultation services to help educators design and create effective learning environments. Through partnership with Teaching Programs and the Blackboard teams, the IDT team also provides training for a variety of technical tools to support student engagement in the classroom.

The Online Learning team supports departments with online program strategic planning and development, marketing and recruiting, nurturing prospective student inquiries, online student success, and distance education compliance. UofL offers online programs across the university including bachelor's, master's, doctorate, certificates and alternative credentials.

The Teaching Programs team provides hands-on support to help educators enhance their teaching strategies, create engaging learning experiences, and refine their teaching practice across all modalities. Through workshops, structured programs, and individualized consultations, we support faculty at every stage of their teaching journey. Additionally, the Teaching Innovation Learning Lab (TILL) offers a dynamic space for educators to explore, experiment with, and assess innovative teaching strategies, emerging technologies, and evidence-based techniques.
