The Leadership, Foundation and Human Resource Education (ELFH) department in the College and Education and Human Development at the University of Louisville offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Workforce Leadership.

One of the special features of this program is awarding of specialization credit for students who have extensive, documented work experience (beyond entry level) in a teachable occupation or family of occupations. The specialization credit allows students to utilize past documented training in a given field and/or technical course work from accredited institutions as well as military, vocational and occupational experience and convert those skills into college credit. The ELFH department promotes and provides quality education and experiences in training and development.

The Associate of Applied Science degree in General Occupational/Technical Studies (GOTS) is offered in cooperation with UofL, KCTCS and KYVU. This associates degree may offer some students a foundation to build on as they prepare to enter the Bachelor of Science degree.
