Fundamentals of Project Management (12 PDUs) 
This 12-hour course focuses on project-management concepts, tools and techniques used in a project-management environment, and basic skills required to effectively manage a project and project team.
Please Note: This course is a prerequisite for the follow-up course, “Project Management Practical Application.”
