Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be made if you cancel at least 3 business days prior to the start date of the seminar. When cancellation is made later than 3 business days prior to the start date, we will accept a substitute or transfer you to another seminar at that time. If you don't cancel before the seminar and you don't attend, you are still responsible for payment.
