The SuccessfUL Supervisor Series
University of Louisville Staff Only

The Delphi Center, in collaboration with Human Resources, is pleased to bring you the new supervisor training series: The SuccessfUL Supervisor.

The series is comprised of ten three-hour sessions, offered weekly for ten consecutive weeks, which will cover competency areas critical to supervision at the University of Louisville. The new program was designed by a supervisory curriculum team to ensure that the unique needs of UL supervisors are met.

Who Should Attend?

The series is designed for those currently serving in supervisory positions within the university. All course participants must be nominated for the course by his or her manager.
