Human Resource Management
Measurement for Human Resource Professionals: How to Become Your Organization's Strategic Partner
HR departments have often been viewed as cost centers that provide internal services and process transactions. Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of HR programs and practices helps to shift the human resource role to that of a strategic partner in accomplishing a company’s business strategies.
Specially designed for current or developing HR leaders, this new two-day course explores methods of measuring HR’s impact and teaches HR professionals how to communicate with senior management using the quantitative business language that drives business today.
Day one focuses on human resource metrics/measurements and the development of a data strategy, while day two focuses on problem solving and the application of the measurements. You will work through case scenarios and present your recommendations and supportive data. Drawing heavily from the work of Jac Fitz-enz, the formulae presented in this seminar will help you gauge the effectiveness, impact and contributions of your department.
You will learn:
- The value and purpose of developing metrics for HR departments
