Preparing for the GRE

This course will help you prepare for the Graduate Record Examination, which is required for admission to many graduate programs across the country including those at the University of Louisville. It covers strategies for taking the verbal sections of the test and reviews mathematical concepts.

Fee: $159 (plus textbook) You must purchase Princeton Review's Cracking the GRE CAT with Sample Test , any recent edition (approximate cost $30) before coming to class. The book is available at the UofL bookstore and other local bookstores. Students have the option to purchase the textbook with or without the DVD.

GMAT Preparation

This course is designed to help prepare you for the GMAT exam, which is required for admission to many graduate business programs. It covers strategies for taking standardized tests, basic skills needed to take the GMAT, and types of questions you are likely to encounter. A sample GMAT exam will be given under actual test conditions and reviewed as final preparation for the exam.
