Golf for Beginners and Beyond

This course is designed for beginners as well as experienced golfers who want to improve their basic skills. You'll learn to hit the ball correctly while practicing all of the shots necessary for playing golf.

Agenda:

  1. The Grip, Waggle, Address Hands vs. Impact Hands, and the Pivot
  2. Chip Shot Mechanics, Including Club Head Lag and the Follow-Through
  3. Pitch Shot Mechanics, Including Storage and Aiming Point
  4. Extensor Action, Longer Backswings, Punch Shots and the Swivel
  5. Full Swings Plus Adjustments for Shorter and Longer Clubs
  6. Tee Shots
  7. The Strategy of Chipping
  8. Mechanics and Strategy of Putting
  9. Sand Play
  10. Around-the-Green Specialty Shots
  11. High Shots, Low Shots, and Shots from the Rough
  12. Ball Flight Analysis and Intentional Hooks and Slices

Bring a putter, 7 and 9 iron, sand wedge, and driver. If you do not own clubs, we will provide them for you.

Ballroom Dance Sampler

Expand your dance repertoire by learning the fundamental steps of swing, walz, fox trot, and tango.

You'll also learn:

Gain the skill and confidence you need while you meet new friends and get some exercise the fun way! Partners are not required.

Latin Fiesta Dance

At this fun-filled class, you'll dance to the latest hits using the basic steps of merengue, salsa, rhumba, and cha-cha. Special attention will be given to footwork, Latin hip motion, and following.

This is a perfect opportunity to prepare for weddings, parties, and other social occasions. Both singles and couples are welcome.
