Please place your initial catering order at least five business days before your scheduled event. A guaranteed order and number in attendance must be received 72 hours in advance, or 15% of the order will be added to your invoice. A minimum order of $100 is required for weekday evening and weekend events.
Skirted buffet tables and decorations are provided free of charge. There is an additional charge for individual table arrangements and customized buffet decorations. Table skirts for non-dining tables are $25 each. Linen tablecloths are $4.50 each, and china service is an additional 43 per person.
No outside food or beverage may be brought on campus. All prices are subject to change.
A 15% service charge will be added to all food and beverage items.

There is a minimum order of $30 for all events not held in the Founder's Union Building.
Conveniently located, Shelby Campus is the perfect location for your company picnic. We have it
all - indoor restroom facilities, air conditioning, and 265 acres of fun, fun, fun! In case of rain, your event can be moved inside the Founder's Union Building.
Let us do the work for you. Tell us what you want, and we'll make it happen! We can even staff all or some of your activities.
Moon bounce, softball, volleyball and water sports are some of the activities your employees and their families can enjoy.
Our Chef will prepare an outdoor picnic of your grilled favorites and serve them with delicious side items. Your group can stay cool with sodas, ice water, iced tea, and lemonade while the kids enjoy snow cones and popcorn!
